Sir, —With regard to the by-law Pf®" hibiting any motorist from alighting on the right-hand side without firss showing intention, as a cyclist, ana also owner of a motor-car, althoug" not a driver, might I state that the law is not being observe J by the majority of motorists. I have baa two narrow escapes while riding aloos Worcester street passing parked cars, the doors being pushed open, Knocking me down.
