Golden Dart seems to be the only one likely to trouble her. 2.55 p.m.— MOEVEN HANDICAP, of 60 .sovs. Onemile, st. ib. st.ib. Waver Heather Power U 3 Glow 7 3 3 Cleaner 8 \ Captivate 7 7 The club is unfortunate In getting ::uch a poor response in the only open event, the Morven Handicap, but the four runner:-' should nevertheless have a clo.se tussle. Water Power's form i't Trentham was so poor that she will have little chance with either Cleaner or Heather Glow, unless the track should be very soft. Cleaner will probablv be a better favourite than Heather Glow.

Araulirie and Trisox have figured prominently in similar events, and they will probably dispute favouritism, but on Fiat Lux's form, when trained at Hiccarton, he should keep this pair busy. 4.5 p.m.— WAIMATE HACK HANDICAP, of 50 sovs. Seven furlongs, st. lb. Blazon and Impala should also run well, while First. View, even if making his second appearance, will have to be considered. The best supported may be Importance and, First View.
