—__ (PHE33 A33OCIATJOJI TELEOUAJ,!.) MARTON, June 23. The Governor-General, Lord Galway, followed hounds this after*with the Rangitikei Hunt at "Springgrove," near Marton. The going was wretched after heavy rains, causing spills; but the sport was good. More than 40 took part, and there was a large following afoot. A severe thunderstorm, followed by a heavy hailstorm, ended the hunt. TOUR OF NORTH ISLAND 11-M33 ASSOCIATION rELEGKAM.) AUCKLAND, June 28. The Governor-General (Lord Galway), who is duck-shooting in the Marton disti'ict, will return to Auckland on Sunday. Their Excellencies will complete their first term of residence at Government House. Auckland, on July 13. On that date both Lord and Lady Galway wih leave Auckland for a tour of various North Island centres, arriving at Rotorua the same day, and leaving again on July 15, when they wui motor to Whakatane, Opotiki, and Gisborne. They will leave Gisborne for Napier on July 17, and will arrive at Napier that evening. Lord and Lady Galway will pay an official visit to Hastings, and on July 19 they will leave Napier, calling at Waipukurau and Woodville en route. Their Excellencies will arrive in Palmerston North on thi evening of July 19, and the next day Lord Galway will officially open the new Fitzherbert bridge over the Manawatu rivei. Their Excellencies will leave later .hat day for Wellington, v/here they will then go into residence.
