Another Boon for the Public Locality Guide in Railway Timetable Every office and home in New Zealand should be pleased to have a copy of the New Zealand Railways Timetable (popularly known as the "Pocket Guide") which has an introductory section of 25 pages, appropriately titled '»iw k Ca!lty Guitle " gives an alphabetical list (about 2000 names) of the towns, townships, suburbs, or villages of the North and South Islands, within a certain range of railway stations. Opposite the name of each town is the name of the nearest railway station and the number of the page m which such station is shown in the index of the timetable. The list will be kept up to date.
