The Rating Act, ,cnd the Drainage Act. and all Amendments thereto, that it is the intention o£ the Halswell County Council, at its next meetinc, to be held on the 18th July, 193; i, to MAKE AND LEVY the following Rates:— A' (iENERAL RATE of Five-eighths o£ a Fenny in the Pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in each ot the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 Ridings. A SEPARATE RATE of Threeeighths of a Penny in the Pound .in Class A. One Farthing in the Pound in Class B, and One-eighth of a Penny in the Pound in Class C, on the rateable value of all rateable property included within the Halswell Drainage Area, A SEPARATE RATE of Nine Hundred and Fifty-seven Eleven Thousandths ot a Penny in the Pound, and Nine Hundred and Fifty-seven Twelve Thousandths of a Penny in the Pound respectively on, land classified B and C of such portion of the Waimakariri River Trust District as is included within the County of Halswell. A SEPARATE RATE of .07832582 of a Penny in the Pound on all rateable property situate within the Hiiswell County' portion of the Christchurch Tramway District. Such Rates to be on the Capital Value for the year ending 31st March, 1936, and to become due and payable in one sum at the County Office, No. 3 Asylum road, Spreydon, on the 14th day of July. 1935; end further notice is hereby f'.iven that the Rate and Valuation Rolls are now open for inspection at the Office of the Halswell County Council, 3 Asylum road, Spreydon, during .office hours.
