TEMPORARY REPAIRS COMPLETED
■TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH SERVICES The last of the temporary repairs io telephone and telegraph services ■which were damaged by the recent snowstorm, will be completed to-day, when two circuits on the south line, 1 the last to be repaired, will be back to normal. From then on, the telegraph gangs will be engaged inmakf ing permanent the repair work, which has so far been of a temporary nature. Some gangs have already "J Ibeen some days on the making of ; permanent repairs, and the remainder I; will be placed on this work to-day.
