PLEA FOR INTEREST BY WOiMEN'S ORGANISATIONS A plea that the women's organisations of Christchurch should interest themselves in the establishment >f an obstetrical hospital v - made by Dr. Leslie C. L. Averill in an address to the annual meeting of the Sunlight League last evening. Dr. Averill had been speaking of the hospitals in America, and mentioned that an obstetrical hospital was being built at Dunedin. "Within three years Christchurch should have an up-to-date obstetrical hospital," he said.
