KIDNAPPING OF A REFUGEE
$ I'UOTEST TO GERMANY (Received May 10, 6.30 p.m.) PRAGUE. May 9. The Government lias instructed its Minister at Berlin to protest against the kidnapping of Josef Lampersboi'Ker, which involved the violation o> Chechoslovakian territory, and to demand Lampersberger's release* and the punishment of the kidnappers. IA German lefugee, Josef Lampersberger, a former member of the Reichsbanner, was kidnapped from the Chechoslovakian platform at the Eisentein frontier station by four armed German secret police and dragged off unconscious <o -Germany.l
