POLICE SHOOT INDIAN PEASANTS
KIGIIT OVER COLLECTION OF TAXES (Received April 30, 10.fi p.m.) DELHI, April 30. Thousands of armed Jats attacked officials and police collecting land revenue in Sikar, a village in Jaipur. The police fired, killing four and wounding 14. Eleven police were injured and 80 arrests made.
