TRANSFER OF MR E. D. MOSLEY, S.M.
REARRANGEMENT OP CIRCUITS LIKELY Mr E.' D. Mosley, S.M., has accepted the position of senior magistrate- at Wellington, and will leave Christchurch as soon as he has settled certain private affairs. Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., of Invercargill, will replace Mr Mosley in Christchurch, and a new magistrate will probably be appointed to take the place of Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., who is also going to Wellington. The circuits in North Canterbury are likely to be rearranged when the new appointments take effect. Mr H. A. Young, S.M., will probably visit Kaiapoi and Rangiora as well as Lyttelton and Leeston will probably be taken into one of the other circuits.
