Since last report, the Australian I pollard market has continued firm, | and as- the Dominion supplies are j diminishing, southern millers have i raised their price 5s a ton. No altera- j lion lias been made locally, but it ! may be assumed that the southern I lead will be promptly followed here, j The demand is good. ■ Bran is quiet and unchanged The southern market for feed fits j is very firm, and were it not ""o it local requirements are small, the price would be forced up. Current quotations are unchanged at 4s a bushel, through store, for B Cartons. Chali also tends to firmness, but here, as in oats, there is no change in local charges. Though prices for maize are unchanged at 4s 7c! a bushel, the market is hesitant, due to the early advent of the new season's supplies.
