PACIFIC CROSSING BY FLYING-BOAT
SUCCESSFUL RETURN FLIGHT ALAMEDA (Cal.) April 23. The Pan-American Airways flying boat Pioneer, which took off at Honolulu at 3.29 p.m. yesterday on its return flight, reached here at 2.58 p.m. She had been delayed by continuous head winds.
