Stops where required; also at Stewart's Gully to set down passengers. Return train leaves Rangiora 11.40 p.m. CHRISTCHURCH-GRE*MOUTH: Special passenger train leaves Christchurch 10.15 p.m., and arrives Greymouth 4.21 a.m. and Hokitika 5.30 a.m. Q9th). Connects with motors for Franz Josef Glacier. Stops at Rolleston. Springfield, and Arthurs Pass for passengers, and at Kirwee and where required after leaving Arthurs Pass to set down passengers. Special passenger train leaves Greymouth .10.50 p.m. and arrives Christchurch 5.20 a.m. (19th). Connects at Rolleston with the 9.10 a.m. Christ-church-Duncdin Relief Express. Stops where required after leaving Stillwater to set. down passengers. NORTH LINE: The 7.55 a.m. Christchurch-Parnassus and the 2.32 p.m. Parnassus-Chnst-church trains— The 7.55 a.m. train stops where required to pick up and the 2.32 p.m. train stops where required to set down passengers. Passenger train leaves Rangiora for Christchurch at 9.8 a.m. and Christchurch for Rangiora at 5.17 p.m. Passenger train leaves Waipara for Culverden 9.30 a.m. (after arrival at Waipara of the 7.55 a.m. ChristchurchParnassus train). Usual 3.7 p.m. Culverden-Chnst-church train will run to Waipara only. Connects with Paniassus-Christchurch train. These trains stop where required.

LITTLE RIVER BRANCH: The 8.0 a.m. Christehurch-Little River and 9.23 a.m. Little Rivcr-Chnst-church trains — Read's (Junr.) service cars from and to Akaroa will connect at Little River. CHRISTCHTJRCH-GREYMOUTH: The 10.0 a.m. Christchurch-Grey-mouth and 10.18 a.m. GreymouthChristchurch Mail trains— These trains connect with morning and evening trains from and to Reefton and Hckitika. Special train leaving Greymouth for Christehurch at 10.50 p.m. (18th) and train leaving Christehurch for Greymouth at 10.15 p.m. (18th). The 7.40 a.m. Springfield-Otira and 10.54 a.m. Otira-Springficld motorcar trains— The 8.5 a.m. Christchurch-Otira and 5.0 p.m. Otira-Christchurch excursion trains. SATURDAY, 20™ APRIL TROTTING MEETING AT CHRISTCHURCH. SPORTS AT RANGIORA. The following trains will NOT run:— 7.15 a.m. Christchurch-Rangiora. 12.10 P.m. Belfast-Christchurch. 7.25 a.m. Christchurch-Islington. 12 15 p.m. Islington-Christchurch. NORTH LINE: The 7.55 a.m. Christchurch-Parnassus train will stop where required between Christehurch and Rangiora to pick up and set down passengers. . The 9.24 a.m. Christchurcn-Waiau train will stop where required for passengers. Afternoon country trains will leave Christehurch as follows: For Little River. 2.0 p.m. For Ashburton and Methven branch, 5.50 p.m. For Waikari, 5.55 p.m. For Springfield, 8.0 p.m. For Southbridge, 6.5 p.m. CHRISTCHURCH-GREYMOLTH: Special train leaves Christehurch for Greymouth 7.30 p.m. Stops at Rolleston and Springfield and where required after leaving Arthurs Pass to set down passengers. Special train for Christehurch leaves Greymouth 8.33 p.m., arrives Christchurch 4.38 a.m. (21st). Stops where required after leaving Stillwater to sot down passengers. METHVEN BRANCH: Special train leaves Rakaia for Methven at 9.40 a.m. Special trailleaves Methven for Rakaia at 2.2 c p.m. Usual 6.40 p.m. train for Methven will leave Rakaia 7.20 p.m. EASTER MONDAY, 22NC RACES AT CHRISTCHURCH. Special train will leave Waipara 9.2 - am (after arrival of the 7.55 a.m train from Christehurch), and arrive Waikari 10.0 a.m. Stops road crossing near Star and Garter Hotel to set down passengers. The 2.32 p.m. Parnassus-Christchurch train, in addition to usual stops, will. stop where required to set down passengers from Cheviot Branch stations. The 9.24 a.m. Christchurch-Culver-den train will stop where required for passengers. Also stops road crossing near Star and Garter Hotel, Waikari, to set down. Usual 4.37 p.m. train for Waikari leaves Christehurch 5.55 p.m., Addington 6.1 p.m., arriving Waikari 8.20 p.m.
