Formation of Highland Troop , Good progress is being made in the ■ formation of one or more kilted troops in the Christehurch Metropolitan district, and already young men of Scottish descent, have approached the Metropolitan Commissioner with a view to receiving an appointment as scout- j master or assistant scoutmaster in oik 1 t of the troops.
