- SEVUKAL VALIDATING CLAUSES ! From Our Parliamentary Reporter.l WELLINGTON. March 29. A Fin-nee Bill containing about Li clauses is expected to be introduced in Parliament to-morrow: One of the principal clauses will be a provision safeguarding the superannuation rights of Mr Justice Frazcr, who will presently retire from the presidency of the Arbitration Court to become de-puty-chairman of the Commission of Agriculture, ft is also expected that the expenditure on Parliamentary representation at the recent Centenary celebrations - in Melbourne will be validated by another clause. There will, be a clause enabling this
i year's section of the current session to be regarded us a special session for the payment of certain travelling expenses to members who have l een obliged to travel between Wellington and their homes on more occasions than usual. There may also be a provision affecting the remission of rates. Another clause is expected 1o authorise, the payment of a sum from the Clirisichurch Municipal Electricity Department's account lor unemployment relief in the city.
