I Princess Ingrid Victoria Sofia Louise Margaretta of Sweden was born on March 28, 1910, and is the third child of the Prince Gustavus Adolphus, Crown Prince of Sweden. Her mother, formerly the Duchess of Scania, who died in 1920, was a cousin of King George V. The grandfather of the Princess is Ihe Duke of Connaught, who is King George's uncle. Prince Frederick is Crown Prince of Denmark, being the heir of King Christian X. of Denmark, He also is related to the English Royal family, as his uncle, formerly Prince Charles of Denmark, but now King Haakon VII. of Norway, married Princess Maud, a sister of King George. The Kings of Norway and Denmark arc brothers.!
