BROADCASTING

TO TBLE EDITO* OF THE P2ES3. Sir,—May I congratulate the Radio Broadcasting Board on the improvement that seems to be taking place lately in the quality of the talks broadcast from 3YA at 9 p.m.? I am moved to write this letter on hearing the lecture delivered by Mr A. L. M. Perry on early theatrical performances in Canterbury on Tuesday evening. To many it must have been very pleasant and interesting to hear those notes of our past days. My father was one of those pioneers; and the talk brought back to my memor' many incidents that I had heard related by him and others. I think the board would be working on the right lines if it could give us more of this class of talk.—Yours, etc., RADIO SUPPORTER. March 15, 1935.
