PLANS FOR MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE

ENTERTAINMENT OF DELEGATES The Dominion executive of the Municipal Association of New Zealand will hold a meeting in Christchurch on Wednesday morning, the day before the opening of the annual conference of the association in the city chambers. Arrangements have now been made for the entertainment of delegates at--1 ending the conference. On Friday afternoon they will be taken for a • ivive from the city through Sumner to Lvtteltcn, Governor's Bay, Gebbie's Pass, and Halswell. On Thursday evening they will be the guests of the inunagement of the Civic Theatre, and sifter the entertainment will be guests of the Christchurch City Council at tapper. The Mayor of Christchurch, I\lr D. G. Sullivan, M.P., will preside over the conference.
