LINDBERGH BABY CASE
HIGHER COURT TO REVIEW DEATH SENTENCE # (Received February 20, 5.5 p.m.) FLEMINGTON (N.J.), Feb. 19. A message says that the State Chancellor has granted the Hauptmann defence a writ of error, providing for a higher court to review the death sentence. This automatically postpones the execution until September or October.
