CAPE CAMPBELL LJGHTHOUSE FROM THE Alß.—Cape Campbell is the signing-off place for aviators when' leaving the South Island for Wellington. A Very light is fired by the Ughthousekeeper to indicate to the pilot that he has been seen. An article appears in this issue dealing with the regulations for airmen.
