The Foreign Office Spokesman states that Japan, in due course, will give' up her extra-territorial privileges in Manchukuo if the new inter-Ministry Commission finds such a course opportune, and if the Manchukuo judicial system is satisfactory. He added that the commission would also study whether Japan should surrender the railway zone to Manchukuo. Neither China nor other countries would be consulted.
