MOUNT GREY DOWNS
Farmers in the district have almost finished their harvest, with the exception of late crops, linseed, peas, and Clover. Most of the wheat and oats is threshed or in stack, and yields are ronsiderably lower than former years, the avlrage yield being about 25 bushels to the acre. There is also an acute shortage of water and feed for stock. The white butterfly has made its appearance, a number of specimens having been seen throughput the district I iMnnHb
