CARGO OF HARDWOOD The steamer Mernoo left Sydney on Saturday evening with a cargo of jarrah' timber from Banbury and Bussclton for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, and Lyltclton. She was due at Auckland yesterday. PASSENGERS BY ORONTES The following passengers for NewZealand are travelling by the Orient liner Orontes, which is due at Sydncy from London on February 27:—Mr and Mrs H. H. Mosley, Mr and Mrs A. Totman, Mr and Mrs B. F. Williams. Mr and Mrs F.' Williams, Mrs Fair, Mrs Do Strzelecki, Miss N. E. Totman. ANGLO-CANADIAN'S LOADING The motor-ship Anglo-Canadian arrived at"Lyltelton yesterday afternoon from Port Pirie to load wool. She will later complete at Timaru, Bluff, Port Chalmers, and Wellington, and is to clear Wellington finally on March 1 for Dunkirk, Antwerp, London, and Hull.
