WORDSWORTH'S FIELD OF DAFFODILS
GIFT TO NATION FROM GRANDSON (BBITISB OFFICIAL WLREHBS ) (Received February 14, 7.5 p.m.) RUGBY, February 13. Gordon Wordsworth, grandson of the poet, has given the nation the daffodil field overlooking Rydalwater, which the poet bought and planted for his daughter Dora. Lovers of Wordsworth always associate the field with his poem "The Daffodils."
