SUPREME COURT
THURSDAY (Before his Honour Mr Justice Johnston) NOT GUILTY Henry Gough, who was represented by Mr C. V. Quigley, <pleaded not guilty to four charges of indecent assault on females. The jury retired for an hour and a half and returned with a verdict of not guilty. CHARGE OF THEFT Cyril Rhodes (Mr D. •W, Russell, with him Mr C. V. Lester) pleaded not guilty to the theft at Christchurch on October 17. of a motor-cycle valued at £l2 10s, the property of Raymond Joseph Fleet. A jury was empanelled and the case was then adjourned until this morning.
