APPLICATIONS FOR AIR SERVICES
CONSIDERATION BY BOARD NEXT WEEK Licenses to conduct air services which will cover practically the whole of the Dominion will be considered and dealt with by the Transport Coordination Board when it meets in Wellington next Tuesday. Authority to establish services on the routes named will be sought by: National Airways, Ltd., Palmerston North-Dunedin. New Zealand Airlines, Ltd., Auck-land-Invercargill. New Zealand Airways, Ltd., Wha-ngarei-Stewart Island. Dominion Airways, Ltd., Aucklar.dDunedin. ® Mount Cook Tourist Company, Mount Cook-Wellington. The Mount Cook Tourist Company of New Zealand, Ltd., is seeking t ie right to run aeroplane services to mid from the Hermitage, the general terns of its definition of intended routes
being "to points in the South Island and to Wellington." The routes referred to in the other applications have been fully described in "The Press."
