(PRHBS ASSOCIATION TEX.BQB.AiI.) NAPIER, January 30. The suppression of a man's name was ordered by Mr J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., yesterday in a case in which a business man in a good position was fined £5 for using, obscene language in a telephone box. Later the magistrate recalled the case at a special sitting of the court, and withdrew the order for the suppression of the name; he said that as the accused had a previous conviction the order, could not stand.
