NEW BRIGHTON SURF CLUB MEETING OF COMMITTEE A meeting of the committee of the New Brighton Surf Bathing and LifeSaving Club was held in the pavilion on Tuesday evening, the club captain (Mr C. C. Cauldwell) presiding. A stretcher and first aid kit were received from the St. John Ambulance Association for use in the pavilion, which is a stretcher depot. A motion of thanks was passed. The club received a letter of appreciation from the parent of a boy under 16 years of age who was an honorary member of the club. Ten new members were elected, and the secretary (Mr L, W.
