GREEN BELT ROUND LONDON
COUNTY COUNCIL PLAN
(Received January 30, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, January 30. The London County Council has approved a proposal to grant financial facilities aggregating £2,000,000 to provide a green belt round London. In this project it is seeking the co-operation of neighbouring councils and municipalities. It will make a 50 pfcr cent, grant towards acquiring suitable open spaces.
