TT is hereby publicly notified that - 1 - pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 (3) and (4) of "The Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928," the Christchurch City Council at its meeting to be held on Monday, the 25th February, 1935, proposes to consider, and if approved, pass a resolution consenting to the revocation of a reservation over the undermentioned Reserves and requesting the Governor-General by Order-in-Council to declare such reserves as land available for disposal under "The' Land Act, 1924."
