SHIPPING NOTES The Awahou is due at Lyttelton on Sunday from Napier, and is to load on Monday for Waikokopu, Tolaga Bay, Tokomam Bay, and Hicks Bay. The Taupata is timed to load here on Monday for Nelson, Mapua, and Motueka. The Port Whangarei is due at Lvttelton on Tuesday from Auckland and Wellington, and is to sail for Dunedin and Timaru. Due back on Friday, she will load for Wellington, Auckland, Tauranga, and Whangarei. The Waimarino is to complete loading here to-day for Picton, Napier, and Auckland. The Abel Tasman should arrive here to-morrow from Dunedin to discharge cargo from Australian ports. The Parera is to load here on January 9 for Wanganui, New Plymouth, and Waikalo. The Storm is to arrive here to-mor-row from the south to load for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. The Poolta is to arrive here on Sunday from Timaru to discharge cargo from Australian ports. She will complete discharge at Auckland.

WAIWERA COxMPLETES VOYAGE

The Waiwera, which left Auckland on November 29 for London, arrived at London on Tuesday, completing her maiden voyage. POKT ALMA LEAVES BRISBANE The Port Alma, after completing discharge in Australia, left Brisbane on Monday to load at New Zealand ports for London. • She is due at Lyttelton on Sunday. OPAWA DISCHARGING The Federal Company advises that the motor-ship Opawa is now to leave Auckland to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, Bluff, and New Plymouth to complete discharge of her Liverpool cargo. She is due here about Thursday. THE INDIEN The Union Company's chartered motor-ship Indien, en route from Los Angeles, was due at Nukualofa on ' Wednesday, and at Auckland on Mon'day. She will later discharge at Wellington, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australia, and is due here on January 14. i RANGITATA'S MOVEMENTS The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner Rangitata is to leave Wellington to-day for Napier, Tokomaru Bay, and Auckland to complete her Homeward loading and will not now call at Gisborne. Sne is to clear Auckland finally on January 18 for London, via Panama and Kingston. CAMBRIDGE LOADING In ballast from Falmouth, the Federal steamer Cambridge reached Auckland on Monday morning to commence her Homeward loading. She is to leave there again to-morrow for Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, and Wellington to complete. The vessel is to clear Wellington linally on January 21 for London, Avonrnouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow, via Panama.
