OBITUARY

MR R. C. ROBERTSON (SPECIAL TO THE PRISS ) NELSON, December 22</ The death occurred early this morning of Mr Reginald Charles Robertson, accountant to the firm of Grant Bros., for many years. His duties brought him in close touch with the business community, and his geniality and efficiency were much appreciated, Mr Robertson was a son of the late Mr Charles Calder Robertson, a telegraph engineer, and was an old boy of Nelson College. For seme years before joining the staff of Grant Bros., Mr Robertson was with the Union Steam Ship Company at Nelson. He was a close follower of all sport, and had the faculty of remembering names and records in various games. He married Miss M. Hall, daughter of the late Mr R. Hall, of Nelson, and his widow and one daughter, Miss Vera Robertson, survive him.
