* APPLICATIONS FOR TRANSFER AND LAND The monthly meeting of the Canterbury Land Board was held in the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, December 11, when there were present Messrs J. F. Quinn (chairman), D. C. Kidd, K. Macdonald, and R. F. Henderson. A total of 121 cases was considered, including 24 applications to transfer and eight applications for land.
