LODGE MEETING
The quarterly meeting of the Loyal Sister Pearce Lodge, M.U.1.0.0.F., was held on Thursday. There was a large attendance of members, also several visitors, including the District Grand Master Bro. F. Cole, and the meeting was presided over by the Noble Grand Sister J. Houghton. There was keen competition for the various lodge positions. and finally the following were elected as the lodge oflicers for the ensuing six months. T.P.N.G., Sister J. Houghton: N.G.. Sister M. Tozer; V.G.. Sister H. W. Gourlay; E.S., Sister M. Wood; Warden, Sister M. Blay; Guardian. Sister E. Fraser; L.M., Sister D. Cribb, P.G. The newly-clectcd oflicers were duly installed into their lespective situations, and offered congratulations. to which they responded. Members' attention was drawn to the next mcc'iiiiK. which is to lake the form 01" a handicraft evening, and it is hoped that this will prove both interesting and instructive to members and visitors.
