CITY COUNCIL AFFAIRS
j . TO TUB EDITOR OT THE I'KXSS. Sir,—Everybody "will be pleased to know that the episode of the car and its trip are suitably and financially settled. The council will adjust. It was a pity that adjustment had not been attended to earlier. This course would have avoided all talk. However, now that the council will be .going into the question of finance and its management, we cannot debate the matter. It is so very pleasant to know that the members of our local control are willing to see that all invidious suppositions are quickly dissipated.— Yours, etc., PENSO. November 19, 1934.
