. _«► WHAT TO SAY AM) HOW TO SAY IT BERLIN. November 14. Dr. P. G. Goebbels. Minister for Propaganda, has issued directions to journalists, telling them what to say and how to say it. He warns them that it is useless to criticise prospective laws. Journalists must also avoid giving the impression that there is any German army except the Reichswehr.
Reproduction of the "false statements" for which anti-Nazis are tried is forbidden. Newspapers must also emphasise that the church conflict is settled.
