PETITION FOR DIVORCE DISMISSED

♦ J MORGAN CASE CONCLUDED (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, November 13. The petition of Edward Morgan, in a defended divorce suit in the Supreme! Court, was dismissed to-day. His wife was formerly Norma Wilson, and they met when both were away representing New Zealand at the 1928 Olympic Games. The third party was Rangi Marsh, jockey, of Hastings, with whom Morgan alleged his wife committed misconduct, and from whom he claimed £SOO. - . Pour issues concerning the petitioner's allegations of adultery were put to the jury, and negative replies were returned to all the questions. The petition was dismissed with costs against the petitioner. An application for costs on behalf of the co-respondent was opposed, and will be argued later.
