MAINTENANCE COURT (Before Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M.) DISOBEDIENCE OF ORDERS. For disobedience of a maintenance order, Alexander Sangster Fraser was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour for three months, the issue of the warrant to be suspended at the discretion of the informant. On a similar charge, William Lawrence was convicted and sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labour, the issue of the warrant to be suspended for seven days. Dudley "Pollard, similarly charged, i was convicted and discharged. j SEPARATION ORDERS i A separation" order was granted to Ellen Mary Alice Lawson against Thomas Gifford Lawson. Lawson was ordered to pay maintenance to his wife at the rate of £1 a week. A separation order was also granted against Walter Jack Love on the application of Elizabeth Love. He was ordered to pay 16s a week maintenance, with £4 past maintenance. AFFILIATION An affiliation order was made against George Webster on the application of Myrtle Irene Rule. Maintenance was fixed at 12s 6d a week and Rule was also ordered to pay £lO past maintenance.
