NO FOREIGN NAMES FOR MUSICIANS

A Government decree states that musicians who have already appeared under foreign names mu>t revert to their correct names before October 31, or they will be expelled from the Chamber of Music and lose their livelihood. The decree says the tendency o r ~ many Germans to believe that what is foreign is better than what is German must be opposed in every possible way.
