LABOUR CAMPS
EMPLOYMENT IN" GERMANY LONDON, October 4. The Berlin correspondent of the "News-Chronicle" says that by a Ministerial decree thousands of young men and women have already been conscripted for labour camps throughout the country. Their places in industry have gone to unemployed fathers of families.
