A change in the Nazi administration of Germany will probably be announced at the conference of the Nazi party in Nuremberg next week. Herr Hitler, it is expected, will act on the Cabinet decree made on the eve of President von Hindenburg'» death and later approved by the plebiscite, and tell of the appointment of a triumvirate of deputies to rule the country. These will probably be General Goering, General von Blomberg, and Herr Rudolf Hesse, who will be under Herr Hitler's instructions and personally responsible to him. General Goering will probably be made Vice-Chancellor, conducting the political affairs of the Reich. General von Blomberg will deal with defence, and Herr Hesse will have full control of the Nazi party. FEW FOREIGN BUYERS AT LEIPZIG POOR BUSINESS AT ANNUAL FAIR (Received August 29, 7.15 p.m.) LEIPZIG, August 29. The annual fair is not attracting the usual attention, and exporters complain that there are few foreign visitors and hardly any foreign buyers. Textiles are the most active section, but purchases are all for home consumption. The new substitutes for wool'have received most attention. These are mixtures of artificial silk with wool, linen, and cotton. IMPORTERS' CURRENCY RATIONS " (Received August 29, 5.5 p.m.) I BERLIN, August 28. J The currency allotment for imI ports for September remains at 5 (per cent, of the average requirejments in 1930-31 for all contracts made before July 1. Foreign currency for other raw material orders will be released only as it is received.
