It is announced that Sir Miles Lampson (High Commissioner for Egypt) will be absent on leave from his post at Cairo for some time and because of the illness-of the Counsellor, Mr Ronald Campbell, it has been decided to send Mr Maurice Peterson, head of the Egyptian Department of the Foreign Office, to take charge.
