IT A close friend of the Labat family revealed to-day that tin kidnapped brewer. for scvera hours on Wednesday night wa forced to sit and hear his abductorfrightened by police activities, dis cuss how to kill him and dispose o tlie body. Next, day his fears wen allayed when a confederate re polled that the police were workin, on false clues. The kidnappers wen so frightened, however, that the; released him without ransom.
