REFEREES TO EXAMINE f. PLAYERS' BOOTS J. (PJtEStf AVSOCIATIOU TELXORAH.) WELLINGTON, August 17. Arising out of a complaint by a member that many players' boots were unsatisfactory, and that accidents were occurring because of this, the New Zealand Football Association council decided that an instruction be issued to all referees to examine the players' boots in the dressing rooms before the commencement of games. j TEAMS FOR TO-DAY .NOMADS CLUB Seniors v.
