CHRISTCHURCH TECHNICAL COLLEGE MEMORIAL HALL.—The building will serve as a memorial to those old boys of the college who fell during the Great War. The framework is to be of ferro-concrete, and the facing will be of brick. The hall, for which a contract was let recently, will seat 880 persons. The foundation stone will be laid by the Governor-General (Lord Bledisloe) to-morrow afternoon.
