The Home correspondent of ''The Times" pays that Siijnur Mussolini has ordered all Ministers and Under-Secretaries to participate in the army manoeuvre;-; from August 17 to 24, in which more than 200,000 troops will be engaged,, the largest number for years! The manoeuvres will be carried out in the Tuscan Apennines. Aircraft will be used on an unprecedented scale. Signor Mussolini will watch the operations, while his colleagues discharge the military function they will assume on mobilisation. .Signer Mussolini's order emphasises the moral importance of Min'sters regaining touch with the army during its greatest training activity.
