MAN IMPRISONED IN REFRIGERATOR
BARCELONA, August 8. A butcher, returning unexpectedly to his shop, found his wife distrait and insisted, though she said she had a headache, on taking her to a cinema. Noticing the refrigerator door open, he slammed it before their departure. When he opened it next morning out fell the frozen corpse of his wife's lover.
