Ron Rid Stevenson llatrick. company manager, of Wanganui, was fined £ls, and his license was suspended for six months. Sub-Inspector Roach said that a doctor who examined Hatrick stated that although he was not in a very advanced state of intoxication, he was sufficiently intoxicated for his driving to be affected. The case was not a serious one of its kind, but it might have been if the accused had been allowed to proceed.
