THE REJECTED POUISHNOFF BROADCAST
to the editor of tub w;ess. gj r _lt was with amazement that I read'"B.B.C.'s" letter in "The Press" this morning. Surely he takes a very selfish attitude in saying that 3ZM •mould not be granted another license. This station gives entertainment and nlcasure to thousands of listeners. It also'commenced the breakfast and teamusic sessions in Canterbury, both of which were copied by the Broadcasting Board some months later. It afso fills a void in the day when 3YA fs not on the air, from 8.30 till 10 am a time when many people are having breakfast.—Yours, etc., LIVE AND LET LIVE. July 10, 1934.
