MOVER AND SECONDER CHOSEN (MESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, June 22. An announcement that the Ad-dress-in-reply at the coming session of Parliament would be moved by Mr H. G. Dickie, M.P. for Patea, and seconded by Mr P. A. de la Perrelle, M.P. for Awarua, was made to-day by the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes).
